Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from using ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?
Those services use shared infrastructure under US jurisdiction. Your data can be used for training and is subject to the CLOUD Act. Cloud Bridge is single-tenant, EU-jurisdiction, and your data is never used for anything except serving you.
Where are the servers physically located?
Our cloud infrastructure is hosted on Scaleway, a French cloud provider with data centers in Paris, Amsterdam, and Warsaw. As an EU-headquartered company, Scaleway is not subject to US CLOUD Act demands. Alternative European providers such as OVH can be arranged upon request.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
Yes, always. You can export your entire document corpus, vector embeddings, and conversation history at any time. We provide tools to generate a complete "Sovereignty Archive" for migration.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 30 days to export your data after cancellation. After that, all data is permanently deleted from our systems. We provide a deletion certificate upon request.
